	REQUEST AN IEP


	An Immunization Education Program (IEP) is an interactive, CME/CEU, free update for your practice, health professional student group, or conference. The program may be at your site or given regionally for a group of practices. Content can be shaped to meet host needs. The Immunization Updates are interactive programs tailored to your site's needs. When you request an IEP, please note any content areas you would like included. The programs are free and offer CMEs and CEUs. Helpful materials are provided for participants and host sites. The programs are 1-2 hours, depending on site needs and topics to be covered. Practices are encouraged to develop specific plans for change during the IEP. Follow-up support from IEP Practice Manager Consultant Kathleen Marker, RN, and other IEP staff is provided to help institute and maintain practice improvements.
